Japan Yuzu and Rice Body Milk

Fifteen year old boys are perhaps the main proponent of the practise known as "shower in a can". Before leaving the house they will kill an an entire Amazonian rain-forest by emptying out half a can of deodorant onto themselves in lieu of a wash in the mistaken belief that such an over-powering pungent aroma will make themselves irresistible rather than asthma inducing. Believe it or not, I advise against utilising this technique.

It is hardly controversial to say that two of my favourite things are smelling nice and not having dry skin. As such, I am a big fan of using Japan Yuzu and Rice Body Milk  currently on sale at The Body Shop. The spray-on lotion possesses a subtle, light aroma (the opposite of the brash cologne most likely to be used by those who favour "showers in a can") and is perfect for applying to any non-facial dry skin. The strengths of this product lie in the fact that the pleasant, refreshing, clean smell is rather understated and, for a man like myself who sometimes likes to wear a more masculine cologne, it will not overpower any other fragrances it is teamed with.

Currently retailing at £10 for 250ml, the light spray is apparently inspired by Japanese bathing rituals and features, amongst it's array of ingredients, sesame seed oil, babassu oil and Yuzu extract. Ideal for using post-shower to re-hydrate the skin.
